Linux System Administrator

We are on the look for Analyst / Senior Analyst / Specialist / Senior Specialist for below skills.Technical Requirement:Knowledge in Server H/W sizing (especially for RedHat), capacity planning, define Linux hosting architecture.Should have strong knowledge on Linux Clustering.Understand new business scope and drive to create winning pitch for HCL with synergy, reuse and value of infrastructure solutions.In depth knowledge of different Linux flavors - LINUX - Redhat and SUSE (Primary), AIX and (Secondary).Ability to articulate and effectively manage the competitive analysis for all technical solutionsExperience in Helping in any technical escalations.Provide technical assistance for projects Technical Requirements.Linux product experts on Chassis, Blade, Rack mount servers and possess sound knowledge of evolving technology.Must possess an in depth working knowledge of core domain and subsequent technology/ domain.Should have extensive experience around servers provisioningStrong knowledge and experience of DC tool framework.Possess UNIX multi-vendor product know how with pro and Con to arrive at best infrastructure with OS level implication.Possess and demonstrate expertise on various UNIX platform migration, implementation and effort estimation across all UNIX H/W.(p-Series)Job Role:Provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue.Independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time.Adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies.Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts.Ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases.Work on 24*7 roster basis
