Personal Injury Litigation AttorneyA prominent, national plaintiff-side law firm with offices throughout the Central and Southeastern U.S. is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its growing Atlanta, GA team. The firm has recovered over $1 billion for clients across the country and is recognized among the nation’s leading mid-market trial practices.About the RoleIn this role, you’ll take ownership of your cases from intake through resolution, ensuring clients receive both exceptional care and outstanding results. You’ll meet directly with clients, develop case strategy, handle settlement negotiations, and prepare matters for trial as needed. Compassion, attention to detail, and courtroom confidence are key.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of personal injury litigation from case inception through trial.Meet with clients to discuss their cases, build trust, and provide regular updates.Evaluate claims, prepare demands, and negotiate with insurance carriers.Handle discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation.Represent clients in court and at trial when necessary.QualificationsJ.D. from an accredited law school.3–5 years of personal injury litigation experience.Active member of the Georgia Bar, in good standing.Strong negotiation, analytical, and advocacy skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary commensurate with experience.Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage.401(k) with firm match.Paid vacation, holidays, sick leave, and bereavement time.Employer-covered and voluntary supplemental insurance options.
