We are committed to excellence, agility, and creating a better life for our customers and community.⚙️ About the Role We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Logistic Team Leader who will be responsible for leading logistics operations with a strong emphasis on international trade activities. This role covers the management of export and import processes, including documentation, customs clearance, vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.✅ RequirementsMinimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 4 years of working experience in logistics, with at least 2 years handling export and import (EXIM) operations in the automotive industryStrong knowledge of export-import regulations, customs clearance procedures, and international trade complianceExperienced in preparing and managing export & import documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, COO, PEB, PIB, etc.)Familiar with coordinating freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and government authoritiesHands-on experience using ERP/SAP systems for logistics and EXIM processesHaving certificate PPJK is a strong advantageStrong leadership, communication, and negotiation skillsAbility to manage costs, solve problems, and ensure timely delivery in complex supply chain operationsFluent in English (oral and written)🛠️ Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate daily logistics activities with a focus on export & import processesEnsure accuracy and compliance of all export & import documentation in line with customs and international trade regulationsCoordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs officials to guarantee smooth clearance and shipment flowsMonitor timelines to ensure timely delivery of imported materials and exported productsControl logistics and EXIM costs while identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiencyPrepare regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on export & import activities, shipment status, and vendor performanceResolve any issues related to EXIM processes such as delays, documentation discrepancies, or compliance risks
