Our vision is simple yet powerful—to turn moments into memories, offering outstanding value, warm hospitality, and an accommodating experience.ROLE DESCRIPTIONWe are now seeking a proactive and structured team member to join our Operations department in a full-time position. This role is ideal for someone with experience in logistics, fulfillment, or quality assurance who thrives in a fast-paced environment where precision, responsibility, and customer dedication are key.As part of our Operations team, you will play a central role in ensuring that every customer receives their jewelry in perfect condition and on time—no exceptions. Our products are tied to some of life’s most meaningful moments, and your work will directly impact the customer experience in these milestones.In this position, you will oversee and continuously develop the operational flow from product arrival to final delivery. You will work hands-on with logistics, quality control, and coordination while also driving improvements to ensure that VANBRUUN continues to deliver excellence at scale.Your responsibilities will include:Managing all outgoing and incoming logistics, including daily coordination with freight forwarders and carriers.Overseeing and negotiating logistics agreements to ensure cost-efficient, reliable, and fast service.Performing advanced quality inspections to guarantee that our jewelry meets the highest standards.Ensuring all orders are prepared, documented, and shipped accurately and within crucial customer deadlines.Developing and improving workflows, quality routines, and operational standards.Acting as a key point of contact for logistics partners, suppliers, and internal teams.Ensuring a well-organized operational environment where accuracy and efficiency are always top priorities.If you enjoy taking ownership, solving problems under time pressure, and playing a vital role in a company where moments turn into memories, this is the role for you.REQUIREMENTS• Fluent in Swedish and comfortable communicating in English (both written and spoken).• Strong attention to detail and a natural sense of responsibility.• A positive, solution-oriented attitude — you enjoy learning, adapting, and taking initiative.• Comfortable with repetitive tasks but also eager to improve how things are done.• Able to work on-site at our headquarters in Borås.• Flexible and open to assisting where needed, especially during peak periods.Experience from logistics, warehouse, retail, or administrative tasks is a plus but not required — the right attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.The last application date is 2025-12-19, but interviews will be held continuously — so don’t wait to send in your application.
