We’re on a mission to revolutionize local fashion retail by making high-quality, homegrown fashion accessible, inspiring, and irresistible.Role OverviewWe’re looking for someone who can take charge of Harriet’s entire order fulfillment process — from order placement to final delivery — ensuring every package is processed, packed, and delivered efficiently and accurately to meet customer expectations and keep our logistics running smoothly.Key Responsibilities:Process and manage online orders efficiently.Coordinate with vendors and courier partners for timely delivery.Handle order updates, returns, and customer inquiries.Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements.Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams.Requirements:Prior experience in logistics, delivery, or a similar role (preferred).Strong communication skills in Sinhala and English.What We Offer:Competitive salary & growth opportunities.Experience working in a fast-paced fashion tech startup.A collaborative and dynamic work environment
