In this key role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing logistics and crewing activities to ensure timely and efficient mobilization and demobilization of offshore and onshore personnel, Subcontractors and equipment. Ensures compliance with industry standards, local and international regulations, and company policies.Duties/ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate transportation of personnel and equipment to and from sites in good time as per PlanningAssist with travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, ground transport)Liaise with freight forwarders, vendors, and internal departmentsMaintain shipping documentation and ensure customs complianceMonitor and control logistics costs, ensuring budget adherenceMust have good experience of Logistics works in ThailandTo prepare application in good time as per Schedule of offshore works and submit to the relevant Thai authorities to obtain all Permits and Licences to enable InterMoor Marine Vessels, Personnel and materials to enter offshore Thailand to perform the Project scope of workEnsure all personnel, materials and equipment arrive at correct location and at the required time as determined by the PMTOrganize crew rotations, mobilizations, and demobilizationsEnsure all crew certifications, medicals, and training are valid and up to dateCoordinate visa processing, work permits, and other documentationMaintain crew databases and planning schedulesLiaise with recruitment for sourcing new crew as neededRequirementsDiploma/Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Maritime, or related field10+ years of experience in logistics or crewing, preferably in the oil and gas sector working in ThailandWhy Join Us?At InterMoor, we are committed to safety, innovation, and operational excellence.
