So, wherever you join us, you’ll enjoy the freedom to dream up and deliver better, brighter solutions and the space to move your career forward in endlessly different directions.Your Day-to-dayCoordinate and implement logistics processes for FG product categories.Project and stakeholder management.Act as a logistics expert for other functions.Lead and support logistics-related projects, including process improvements and new initiatives.Manage relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., planning, procurement, finance) and external partners (e.g., 3PL providers, transport companies, customs authorities).Control and optimize logistics costs, including route planning and supplier selection.Ensure accurate and timely documentation for shipments.Oversee import/export operations and support customs clearance procedures.Who We're Looking ForUniversity degree (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field). Minimum 2 years of relevant logistics experience (preferably freight forwarding logistics company or in FMCG). English proficiency: Intermediate, Upper-Intermediate or higher is preferrable.Experience working with 3PL providers and transport companies. Solid understanding of Incoterms and shipping/delivery terms.Experience in delivery planning and tracking.Strong documentation skills (CMR, waybills; AWB, BL, RWB, local transport documents like TTN).Experience in import/export and customs procedures. Experience in issuing phytosanitary certificates and certificates of origin (COO). Ability to manage logistics costs and optimize operations - a plus. Knowledge of warehouse operations (receiving, storage, shipping) - a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, conditional formatting). Experience with SAP, 1C - advantage.Familiarity with TMS (Transport Management System) - a plus.Ability to analyze logistics KPIs (e.g., OTIF, On-Time Delivery).
