You’ll work alongside collaborative and committed teammates.You'll play a key role in ensuring the safety, health, and environmental compliance of our operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as site personnel, contractors, and operations teams), provide guidance on EHS standards, and much more.You’ll specifically take care of supporting the Country EHS Director in developing and implementing EHS initiatives and ensuring compliance with Alstom and international standards, but also contribute to fostering a strong EHS culture at the site.We’ll look to you for:Supporting the WCA MD Services for EHS topics Collaborating with internal resources to achieve EHS objectives Assisting the Country EHS Director in performing EHS risk assessments and defining control measures Preparing, implementing, and maintaining emergency plans Coordinating and controlling EHS activities, especially at interfaces with contractors or operational areas Providing advice and support to prevent injuries, equipment damage, and environmental pollution Recognizing best practices and addressing violations of EHS regulations and standards Advising site personnel on all aspects of EHS applicable to their activities Supporting the development and deployment of site EHS management systems aligned with Alstom and international standards Performing EHS legal compliance checks Informing, instructing, and training employees on safe and environmentally friendly work practices All About YouWe value passion and attitude over experience.
