Job Description

The logistics flow Coordinator ensures the smooth flow of supplies and deliveries, guaranteeing coordination between production, transport and internal needs.Tasks and responsabilities:Fulfill the transfer needs of the warehouse and the production plants (finished goods, raw materials, packaging, etc.) in terms of quality, quantity, and deadlines, in accordance with their requests.Communicate with production sites and internal teams to coordinate requirements and deliveries.Plan, coordinate, and monitor the movements of line trucks (owned or rented).Resolve operational issues related to logistics activities.Report any anomalies or potential delays.Participate in the evaluation of services provided to internal customers, as well as in the assessment of transport providersRequired skills ans abilities:Training: bacc+3 in logistics, transport, management or a similar field,Professional experience: 2 years of experience in a similar position,Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and implement effective solutions.Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.Ability to make constructive proposals and contribute to continuous improvement.High level of rigor and attention to detail to ensure quality and reliability.Fluency in English is required – both spoken and written.
