Animate the collective by promoting a facilitating and cooperative work environment. Take ownership of the strategy and make it available to the teams by giving meaning. Develop performance on its scope of activity and contribute to that of its environment. Transition and implement activities at MSC IOO sites Recruit and develop resources Mitigate roadblocks to achieve goals Lead the release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities Serve as an ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions About You Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills Well organised with excellent planning skills Ability to identify, document, and mitigate risks Have an open mindset to propose data process improvements Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders Good interpersonal skills and developing relationships with team members and customers Ability to communicate fluently in English and French, both written and spoken You bring open mindedness, ability to handle pressure, leading with courage and empathy, assertiveness and communicate effectively.What We Offer Global Opportunities: Work in multi-national teams with opportunity to collaborate with colleagues and customers from all over the world.
