Unique Concept Entertainment Co. values collaboration and high-quality delivery, positioning itself as a key player in the industry.Job Summary: As a Logistics Specialist at Unique Concept Entertainment Co., you are responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and supporting delivery operations across drivers, branches, and client interactions. Your role is essential to ensure that all logistical tasks are executed with efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities A. Driver, Branch & Client Coordination 1. Review drivers’ delivery routes using Google Maps before departure from the branch. 2. Coordinate with drivers to optimize their routes when necessary. 3. Assign and reassign orders as required to ensure timely fulfillment. 4. Follow up with drivers during deliveries to ensure completion within the assigned time slots. 5. Ensure timeslot capacity before booking; open a new timeslot if the current one is full. 6. Assign drivers to each timeslot and designated zone. 7. Act as a liaison between drivers and the Customer Service team. 8. Provide relevant updates or information related to client orders. 9. In case of delivery-related issues, contact the client directly to resolve concerns and ensure satisfaction. 10. Train staff on polite communication and customer service. 11. Collect immediate customer feedback (e.g., optional digital form). 12. Handle complaints on the spot and report back to the support team. B. Driver & Staff Compliance 13. Ensure drivers/riders wear official Zone5 uniforms (clean, branded). 14. Verify use of safety gear (helmets, gloves, shoes for riders). 15. Check ID badges are visible. 16. Weekly check on uniforms, vehicle branding, and cleanliness. 17. Conduct quarterly performance reviews (on-time delivery %, customer satisfaction). C. Vehicle & Equipment Management 18. Inspect daily condition of vehicles (oil, brakes, tires, lights). 19. Verify branding on vehicles is clean and visible. 20. Confirm GPS devices and tracking systems are working. 21. Ensure cooling systems in delivery trucks are functioning.Employee Name Signature Date 22. Pre-check cooling units in trucks and insulated boxes. 23. Record temperature before dispatch and monitor/log during delivery. 24. Inspect cooling boxes after trips (clean and sanitized). 25. Record fuel usage and vehicle mileage. 26. Report any vehicle maintenance needs immediately. 27. Monthly preventive maintenance schedule for all vehicles. 28. Ensure backup vehicles/riders are available for emergencies. 29. Report accidents, breakdowns, or delivery issues immediately. 30. Document incidents with photos and written reports. D. Loading, Handling & Delivery 31. Verify correct products are loaded as per orders. 32. Double-check product handling (fragile cakes, frozen items, etc.). 33. Ensure loading follows FIFO (First In, First Out). 34. Secure products inside vehicles to prevent damage. 35. Ensure delivery staff follow planned routes. 36. Monitor real-time delivery progress via tracking. 37. Confirm delivery within the promised time window. 38. Collect customer signatures/confirmation on delivery. 39. Check returned products (if any). E. Reporting & Documentation 40. Submit daily delivery reports (completed, failed, delayed deliveries). 41. Record and report all operational data accurately. 42. Maintain incident and performance documentation.
