About the RoleThe Logistics Officer ensures that SCG products — from cement and building materials to packaging solutions — are delivered to customers safely, on time, and cost-efficiently. This role supports both domestic distribution and cross-border trade activities. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and delivery scheduling. Monitor shipments, track inventory, and resolve any delivery or customs issues. Work closely with sales, supply chain, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Liaise with third-party logistics providers and carriers to optimize cost and service performance. Maintain accurate records for inbound and outbound shipments.
Support continuous improvements in logistics efficiency and customer service. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain management. Strong coordination and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with ERP or logistics management systems is a plus. Communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
