Logistics Specialist

Oversee day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations for assigned business units and modules, ensuring the achievement of all operational and business performance targets.Continuously enhance operational capabilities, with a focus on peak-season readiness, cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and other aspects of精细化 (refined/precision) operations.Ensure the attainment of all customer experience metrics, and proactively optimize products and end-to-end logistics workflows to continuously elevate the customer experience.Lead team building, organizational development, talent pipeline cultivation, and cultural initiatives; demonstrate the ability to design and implement future-oriented team structures aligned with evolving business needs.Maintain a strong market and customer-centric perspective—such as driving revenue growth and securing external orders—and build or refine service systems to strengthen product operations capabilities and enhance overall market competitiveness.Demonstrate proficiency in procurement and resource management, including accountability for accounts receivable and payable, and take ownership of logistics-related assets, resources, and operational elements within the business.
