You will be the CEO's right hand for both operational execution and strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless daily operations while driving key company priorities, special projects, and cross-functional coordination.This is not just an administrative role—you will have significant decision-making authority, act as the CEO's proxy in meetings, manage strategic projects, and serve as the operational backbone of a fast-growing fintech-focused technology company serving major GCC financial institutions.💡 CORE RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic Leadership & Operations (Chief of Staff)• Act as strategic advisor and thought partner to the CEO on key business decisions• Lead and manage strategic initiatives, special projects, and company-wide priorities• Serve as CEO's proxy in meetings, making decisions and representing the CEO when needed• Drive cross-functional coordination between engineering, delivery, sales, and operations teams• Own and track company OKRs, strategic goals, and quarterly priorities• Facilitate leadership team meetings, board meeting preparation, and investor communications• Identify operational bottlenecks and drive process improvements across the organization• Manage key strategic relationships with partners, clients, and vendors• Lead strategic planning sessions and translate vision into executable action plans• Analyze business performance metrics and provide insights to guide decision-makingExecutive Operations & Support (Executive Assistant)• Manage CEO's complex calendar with strategic time optimization and priority management• Screen, prioritize, and draft executive communications (emails, memos, presentations)• Maintain executive inbox with zero-inbox methodology and action-item tracking• Prepare executive briefings, board decks, and strategic communications packages• Coordinate international travel, accommodations, and complex logistics across GCC• Track critical commitments, follow-ups, and deliverables across all stakeholders• Organize and maintain executive documentation across Google Workspace and Notion• Handle confidential matters with discretion and maintain strict confidentialityPeople Operations & Recruitment Coordination• Own and manage recruitment pipeline for 20+ technical roles across 21 countries• Coordinate with recruitment agencies, schedule interviews, and manage candidate experience• Maintain hiring dashboards, track metrics, and report on recruitment progress• Prepare offer letters, onboarding documentation, and new hire coordination• Support HR operations including team coordination and employee communications• Manage EOR (Employer of Record) relationships for international team membersProject Coordination & Knowledge Management• Track engineering deliverables, project milestones, and client commitments• Maintain project documentation, technical reports, and knowledge repositories• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and ensure alignment with strategic goals• Manage procurement, vendor relationships, and operational contracts• Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation🎯 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORExperience & Expertise• 5-10 years of experience in EA, Chief of Staff, or strategic operations roles• Proven track record supporting C-level executives in fast-paced environments• Experience managing strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives• Background in technology, banking, fintech, or consulting strongly preferred• Experience with international teams and global operations is a plus• Startup or scale-up experience highly valuedSkills & Competencies• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (native or near-native)• Strategic thinking with ability to see the big picture and connect dots• Strong decision-making skills with sound judgment and business acumen• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar)• Experience with project management
