Our team of 500+ professionals thrives on collaboration, resilience, and results.Position:As a Logistics Support Specialist, you’ll manage shipments from start to finish—tracking loads, supporting drivers, and ensuring customers stay informed. You’ll be the go-to connection between drivers, dispatch, and sales.What You’ll Do:Enter and update load details in our system.Make daily “check calls” with drivers.Monitor freight online and alert customers of delays.Collect and maintain accurate shipment paperwork.Assist sales/dispatch in resolving issues.Maintain 100+ outbound calls per day.What You’ll Bring:1–3 years in customer service, logistics, dispatch, call center, or similar.Advanced English (spoken & written) – required.Strong multitasking, organization, and detail orientation.Teamwork and excellent communication skills.Proficiency in Google Drive & Microsoft Office.High school diploma (Associate’s degree preferred).PerksFull-time, 40 hours per week.Weekday & weekend schedules available.On-site training and career growth.
