A strong passion for customer success is critical to the role and collaboration within a radial web organization.ResponsibilitiesAbility to listen to customer problems, work with the sales team, and demonstrate a solutionProvide Proof of Concept service to pre-sales clients and maintain an ongoing customer relationshipOngoing technical touchpoints/health checks with existing customersWork in a fast-pace environment under minimal supervisionShare best practices with other SE’s to enhance quality of service and efficiencyDevelop subject matter expertise in assigned products and solutionsWilling to travel regionally for customers facing activities, as well as marketing and user group eventsChannel feature requests to Product Management to enhance Trend Micro productsDeliver partner presentations, events and webinarsQualificationsComputer Science degree or diploma or combination of education and pre-sales experience in Security Software and SystemsExperience working with various Microsoft/Linux software and systemsSolid multi-tasking, troubleshooting and problem resolution abilitiesSelf-starter with the ability to quickly learn new concepts and technology using self-paced learning management platformsStrong verbal and written communication, customer service, account management and negotiation skills, with the ability to interface with a diverse set of clients including administrators and C-level executivesRelevant Work ExperienceKnowledge of Anti-malware, Intrusion Detection and Prevention, Data Loss Prevention, File Integrity Monitoring, Email and Web Security, Syslog, SIEM solutionsUnderstanding of MITRE Attack Framework and/or security operations center (SOC) functionsSales Engineering experience preferred (2-5 years)Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Cloud Formation, Terraform etc.One Or More Of The Certifications Below Is DesiredAWS / Microsoft Azure / Google Cloud CertificationsECIH – Certified Incident HandlerCISSP – Certified Information Systems Security ProfessionalLinux/Solaris/UNIX System AdministrationIf this sounds like you or someone you know, get in touch or share this opportunity!At Trend Micro, we embrace change, empower people, and encourage innovation in a connected world.
