About the RoleAs General Manager, you will be responsible for leading every aspect of the studio’s success – from managing and inspiring the team, to driving revenue and ensuring a best-in-class experience for every member. This role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to build and maintain a vibrant studio culture. Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing studio team across front-of-house and coaching staffCulture & Standards: Set the tone and uphold the values, standards, and energy of the studioSales & Membership Growth:

Drive new member acquisition and revenue growth through strong local marketing, lead conversion, and community outreachClient Retention: Develop and implement retention strategies that keep members engaged, supported, and loyalOperational Oversight: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, with a consistent focus on quality, cleanliness, and safetyPerformance Management: Monitor KPIs across sales, retention, and member satisfaction – and use data to guide decisionsClient Experience:
