Loyalty Program Finance Officer

Core Responsibilities:Tracks, monitors and prepares reports on program financials and KPIsExecute payments and settlement processDevelops program financial budget and forecastsEvaluates partnerships business case and provides recommendationsWorks with bank’s central finance unit and ensures compliance with accounting standardsProvide financial insight and analysis to drive program performanceEvaluates internal management systems, procedures, and risks, and provides recommendations to managementLeads analytics and performance reporting projectsQualifications:A degree in accounting, finance or related courseAt least 2 years of experience in finance or accounting rolesKnowledge and competency in accounting principlesProficiency in MS Excel and other accounting softwareGood interpersonal skillsAnalytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skillsMeticulous attention to detail and with high organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent report-writing and communication skills
