Heineman Germany supported by more than 2,500 professional and experienced staff, we aim to exceed customer's expectations in the world's largest Duty-Free area of 56,000 square meters at Istanbul Airport.Exploring strategies for future development, we always prioritize a positive and healthy work environment encouraging appreciation, teamwork, collaboration and creativity.As the Unifree family, we encourage teamwork, collaboration and creative thinking and offer a work environment where all our colleagues will be proud to be a part of.If you dream about being a part of a young dynamic team and working in the engaging and rewarding multicultural environment at one of the largest airports in the world, we invite you to join the Unifree family.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree,At least 10 years’ experience in Luxury Retail,At least minimum 5+ years’ experience at a similar level in the team management,Fluent in both written and spoken English,Good level of SAP and MS Office applications,Excellent sense of figures and luxury retail business insight,Strong communication and analytical skills,Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills,Positive and proactive attitude.RESPONSIBILITIESManage daily operations of the business and ensure sales goals are met,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent luxury retail service,Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store trafficAssigns duties to relevant employees,Prepare reports as requested or necessary within the brand,Conduct hiring and onboarding of new employees,Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations,Track and manage inventory at the store,Meet sales goals by motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff,Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent luxury retail service,Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures,Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards,Track and manage the buying process,Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.Propose innovative ideas to increase market share,Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths,Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.)Be a shining example of good behavior and high performance.
