The details are waiting for you below!ResponsibilitiesCoordination and execution of all sales activities within the assigned region for the products in the Dräger Safety product portfolio,Comply with Dräger’s global ethics and compliance regulations,Increase awareness of Dräger Safety products and enhance the quality of field services,Monitor annual sales and profitability targets periodically and report performance results to the Director and relevant Manager,Develop new sales channels and acquire new customers in line with company objectives,Maintain and grow sales with existing customers by expanding product range and volume through cross-selling,Prioritize and conduct regular visits to customers and distributors,Promote newly added products within the portfolio and support internal functions in the execution of marketing programs, where applicable,Track the periodic targets of assigned distributors and provide support in sales enhancement activities and stock management,Lead the distributor sales team and contribute to their professional development.QualificationsBachelor’s degree,Min. 2 years' experience and proven track record of sales to industry (B2B Channel),Knowledge of industrial safety market is preferable,Strong computer skills-MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook) quote system software, CRM software, etc.,Fluent in English (written and spoken),Strong Analytical and strategical thinking, Excellent communication, presentation skills,Passion for sales and enthusiasm for role and to be able to deliver exceptional customer service, Self-driven, proactive approach with good ability to prioritize and work without close supervision,Willingness to travel on a flexible schedule.
