Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced M&A Analyst/Associate with 1–3 years of prior investment banking or related experience. This role offers accelerated responsibility, direct exposure to live transactions, and close mentorship from senior bankers. As part of a small, entrepreneurial team, you will contribute across the full spectrum of assignments including financial modeling, valuation analysis, transaction execution, and preparation of client materials.The position also offers meaningful opportunities for secondments abroad, reflecting our globalplatform and reach.About Spayne LindsaySpayne Lindsay is a global M&A advisory firm and one of the largest consumer focused advisory teams worldwide, with over 40 bankers across offices in Miami, London, Paris, and Milan.
