M&E/ MEP ManagerThis M&E /MEP Manager role is for a publicly listed Company who is a leading provider of innovative eco-sustainable real estate solutions with property funds management in the regional presence in the Asia region. The core businesses are uniquely integrated to support the ecosystem of diversified classes of real estate.RoleTo manage Mechanical, Electrical, Process (MEP) team and subcons for design, construction progress and qualityExecute, monitor and ensure the timely completion of the projectLiaise with Client / Consultant Representative on project & design matters and constantly alignment of timeline to meet milestones.Ensure all contractual requirements, project specifications are complied with agreed procedures.Keeping track on variation and claims of contract and cost impact and feedback information to the Project Director.Implement cost control measures to meet project budget.Co-ordinate with MEP/QAQC Engineer to ensure quality performance and specification of project to meet customer requirements.To lead and manage testing & commissioning of MEP systems in meeting all contractual and authorities requirements for TOP and Handing Over.Ensure proactive measures are adopted for issues relating to quality, environmental and occupational health & safety.Review project specifications, technical clarification, and construction drawings, identify discrepancies with resolution.Ensure timely production and submission of quality M&E shop drawings, material submission, method statements, as-built drawings/model, operation and maintenance manual etc. including obtain approval and acceptance from the Client/Consultant Job specificationsDegree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or other building-related disciplines8-15 years' experience in building and construction projectsExperience in Process Plant work is preferred.If you are keen to apply for this role, please click auto-apply HRLinked Asia Search & Consultancy Pte Ltd (Registration No: 201910702W)
