Site Engineer

We are working with an esteemed real-estate developer (construction) to look for several positions as Site Engineer (Construction, Civil)Site Engineer (Construction, Civil) Job SpecificationTechnical Oversight: Interpreting technical designs and drawings, providing technical advice and assist/learn how to resolve any issues that arise during construction.Review project specifications, technical clarification and construction drawingsKeeping track on variation and claims of contract and cost impact and feedback information to the Project Manager.Coordinate with all Subcontractors on matters pertaining to site and quality issues;Cost Control: Implement cost control measures to meet project budget.Health & Safety/ Environment: To assist environmental aspects and impacts, and other environmental . Ensure site operations to comply with the Project Quality Plan, including quality, environmental and occupational health and safety.Suggest proactive measures for issues relating to quality, environmental and occupational health & safety.Quality and Safety Control: Co-ordinate with QAQC Engineer to ensure quality performance of project to meet customer requirements.Check for quality of work according to specification and requirement and maintain inspection records of worksReporting: Preparing site reports and presenting updates to StakeholderWork with Project Manager and observe how to communicate with the Consultant Representative on project matters.Job RequirementsDegree in Civil / Building Engineering or other building-related disciplines• 3-5 years' experience in building and construction projectsIf you are keen to apply for this role, please click auto-applyHRLinked Asia Search & Consultancy Pte Ltd (Registration No: 201910702W)Contract length: 3-6 months
