Job DescriptionOversee the daily operations of the Finance departmentDirect and coordinate hotel financial planning and budget management functionsMonitor and analyze monthly operating results against budgetDirect and coordinate debt financing and debt service payments with external agenciesPrepare annual reports of actual revenues, transfers, and expensesAnalyze financial outlooks and prepare financial forecastsPrepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investment decisionsEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirementsEstablish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies and operating proceduresMaintain an organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the department’s goals and objectivesServe as primary legislative liaison relative to company financial issuesDirect financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvementsConduct regular checks on procedures for purchasing, receiving, storing, issuing, food preparing and portioningQualificationsBachelor’s degree in accounting / financeAdditional certificate as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) will be an advantageMinimum 5 years of experience in a senior finance or accounting position or 2 years of experience in a similar capacityHigh degree of professionalism with strong understanding of business acumenProficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and relevant financial and accounting reporting systemsFully conversant in accounting principles and financial regulation standardsFluent in English and Thai communicationAdditional InformationEmployee benefit card offering discounted rates at Accor hotels worldwide.
