An international cloud data management company is looking for a Data Cloud M365 Sales Specialist. The selected candidate will drive strategic customer engagement, accelerate sales growth, and strengthen co-sell partnerships with Microsoft. This is a hybrid setup role.Responsibilities: Drive pipeline and quota attainment for M365 data protection across Japan Collaborate with Account Executives and Solution Engineers to build account strategies and advance deals Lead executive-level customer meetings to define data resiliency strategies and guide technical evaluations Manage co-selling activities with Microsoft and maximise partnership opportunities Deliver accurate forecasts, maintain pipeline coverage, and create close plans to exceed conversion rates Monitor competitors and craft compelling value propositions and ROI scenariosRequirements: More than 15 years of technology sales experience More than 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales with executive-level engagement Proven record of meeting or exceeding quotas in data protection, data management, or MS 365 ecosystems Experience in specialist and field sales models within partner-led GTM environments Ability and willingness to travel Professional level Japanese and English■ 語学力英語のレベル: ビジネス会話日本語のレベル: 日常会話
