DeLallo is seeking skilled and experienced candidates for our FIRST SHIFT Maintenance Technician position at our Olive Production facility in New Stanton, PA. The primary role of this position is to reduce downtime of the equipment through completion of preventative maintenance and repair maintenance in a timely manner. The work takes place in a facility that produces food products containing a variety of nuts and cheeses. Required Skills Must have industrial equipment repair experience. Experience with preventative maintenance as well as emergency repairs. Able to read schematics and troubleshoot a variety of systems.
Must have knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. Needs to have a strong understanding of control wiring and PLCs. Deliverables Experience working on a variety of industrial systems such as compressors, dryers, vacuum generators, liquid systems, pumps, piping, flow control, 3-phase motors, variable frequency drives, stepper drives, temperature process controls, chillers, motors, and conveyor belts. Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment including motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and other various production machines. Read and follow operations manuals, diagrams and sketches, and engineering specifications. Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions. Adjust mechanical, electrical, and control systems to optimize the process.
Inform production team of scheduled routine preventative maintenance. Monitor equipment for proper operation. Job Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 5 years industrial maintenance experience in a production/ manufacturing environment *Candidates must be well-versed and have experience that they can demonstrate in all of the following areas of industrial maintenance:
