About the Role:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Manual Machining Operator with solid experience in manual milling and turning. The ideal candidate can operate various manual machine tools, understands the full scope of machining tasks, and is able to work independently with minimal supervision.Responsibilities:Perform manual milling, turning, drilling, and related machining operationsRead and interpret technical drawings and specificationsMeasure components accurately using standard inspection toolsCreate basic measurement reports when requiredIdentify, modify, and correct parts or processes when necessaryEnsure precision, quality, and safety in all machining operationsCommunicate effectively in English with team members and supervisorsMaintain equipment and workspace in good conditionRequirements:Proven experience in manual machining (milling and turning essential)Ability to read and interpret engineering drawingsStrong understanding of measurement and quality standardsAble to document and report measurement results when requiredCapable of adjusting and correcting work as neededGood English communication skillsStrong sense of responsibility and ability to work independentlyIdeally under 30 years of ageReliable, motivated, and detail-oriented
