Job DescriptionLead the POWER SUPPLY / MAGNETIC production team to implement production activities in accordance with processes and programs, ensuring manufacturing orders (MOs) are completed on schedule and meet requirements.Take overall responsibility for production line quality; ensure process abnormalities are handled effectively and promptly, implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce end-of-line defects and prevent recurrence.Ensure production efficiency and effective utilization of capacity; minimize capacity loss due to improper operations, poor arrangement, or unreasonable use of overtime.Oversee the overall production condition, work environment, and production discipline; ensure all qualified and non-conforming products are properly labeled and segregated; maintain a clean and organized workplace and ensure employees follow operating procedures and company requirements.Drive continuous improvement in production efficiency and quality through KPI management.Drive daily operations of the assembly areas to ensure safety, quality, delivery, utilization, and employee performance.Hold daily meetings with supervisors and key team members at the start of the shift to review safety, quality, production, and customer commitments.Coordinate with other shifts to ensure effective communication and smooth production handover.Manage and balance assembly and sub-assembly capacity and cycle times to ensure delivery to plan.Work closely with Master Scheduler and Planning to execute production commitments, with focus on in-house work orders and material shortages.Ensure compliance with shift schedules, recommend overtime as needed, and review commitments with upper management.Ensure all assembly equipment, procedures, and employee actions comply with safety protocols; conduct required health and safety audits.Oversee ERP system production transactions and ensure accuracy in planning and inventory data.Ensure production teams follow PDM and ECO changes as required.Oversee the training of production associates through supervisors and ensure cross-functional support when needed.Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve product and process quality using structured problem-solving, LEAN, and 6S.Ensure consistent implementation of ESD procedures and processes throughout assembly operations.Provide direction, coaching, and accountability to supervisors and team members in safety, quality, lean, and job performance.Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in Business Management, Electronics, or related field.Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing, including at least 3 years in management within an electronics production environment.Proven experience leading assembly operations and achieving production KPIs.Solid knowledge of LEAN, 6S, and structured problem-solving methods.Strong understanding of production planning, capacity control, Bills of Materials, Engineering drawings, ECO, and Work Instructions.Experience working with ERP, MRP, and Microsoft Office software; intermediate Excel skills required.Strong leadership and coaching ability; capable of managing conflict and improving team performance.Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and strong follow-through.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.Ability to perform effectively under changing workloads and tight deadlines.Fluent in English.
