You will work in a collaborative and supportive team environment and interact broadly across the business with various stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:In this busy role, you will be part of a centralised customer service team that responds to service requests. Your key responsibilities will include:Coordinating day-to-day maintenance operations, including triaging requests, issuing work orders, and ensuring timely completion through the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).Liaising with internal teams and contractors, ensuring smooth communication between maintenance staff, property managers, and residents.Obtaining and reviewing quotations to ensure best value, appropriate methodology, and adherence to compliance requirements.Monitoring refurbishment projects, tracking progress against timelines and action plans in collaboration with the maintenance and property teams.Overseeing CMMS workflows, ensuring accurate logging, reporting, and data integrity across maintenance activities.Managing contractor performance through regular reviews, KPI tracking, and compliance monitoring, promptly addressing any non-performance issues.Processing invoices and supporting financial administration for reactive, preventative, and project-based works.Supporting continuous improvement, assisting with procedure reviews, data analysis, and software enhancements as a system subject matter expert (SME).Providing administrative and reporting support, including preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and producing performance reports and analytics.About YouWe are looking for a team player who is confident working autonomously but ready and able to help others when required!
