We’re Hiring: Maintenance Coordinator (Property Management)We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Maintenance Coordinator to manage maintenance operations across a portfolio of properties. This role is essential in coordinating repairs, supporting internal workflows, and ensuring smooth communication between tenants, vendors, and the internal maintenance team.If you thrive in a fast-paced property management environment and enjoy keeping systems organized and moving efficiently, this role is for you.Role: Maintenance CoordinatorIndustry: Property ManagementPosition Type: Full-timeRate: $7.00/hourSchedule: TBDResponsibilities:Maintenance Intake & Work Order CoordinatorReceive and triage maintenance requests from tenants, owners, and internal staffCreate and track work orders, collect photos and notes, and maintain accurate job status updatesRoute repair requests between the internal handyman and third-party vendorsManage repair requests over $500, including gathering scope details and tracking approvalsFollow up to confirm completion and document outcomesScheduling & Tenant CommunicationCoordinate repair dates and times with tenantsMaintain and manage the internal handyman’s scheduleSend schedule confirmations, reminders, and updatesCreate calendar updates for visibility and escalationVendor CoordinationCoordinate scheduling, estimates, approvals, and completion timelines with third-party vendorsEnsure vendor onboarding requirements are met (insurance, W-9, licensing, etc.)Track warranty issues, rework, and unresolved items until closedCross-Functional SupportAssist with late-fee issues, lease concerns, and tenant follow-ups as assignedSupport onboarding and offboarding workflowsHelp with move-out documentation and support tracking related deductionsAssist with maintenance agreement plans and follow-up trackingRequirements:2+ years of experience in property management coordination, maintenance coordination, or a similar operations role (preferred)Strong scheduling discipline and follow-up skillsClear and professional written and verbal communicationHigh attention to detail with documentation and timelinesAbility to prioritize urgent requests while keeping routine work progressingIf you are detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts in property operations, we’d love to hear from you.👉 Apply today and help keep property maintenance running smoothly.
