That is how we became pioneers in the maritime industry. What You (may) ExpectIn this role, you will be part of the Reliability and Maintenance Team. The Reliability and Maintenance Team is in the lead on the development of the asset management plans and continuous improvements to enhance the reliability and maintenance of the fleet.As a Maintenance Engineer, you are the to go to person on questions related to condition monitoring techniques and maintenance instructions. With your background you make sure our vessels maintain reliable for our customers and you can make the translation from the project actions into the way we monitor and maintain our assets onboard. Key responsibilities: Technical expert in projects aimed at improving equipment performance, reducing downtime, or upgrading systems. Coordinate with technical operations, ships engineer and reliability engineers, to ensure projects are aligned with practical, day-to-day needs. Supports the reliability engineer in RCA’s. Support in the implementation of reliability improvements. Measures project impact post-implementation to continuously improve. Train and support crew members by transferring technical knowledge and ensuring smooth operation of new technologies to improve reliability. Experience onboard minimum in rank of 2nd engineer preferably worked on gas tankers. Excellent verbal and written command of English. Familiar with continuous improvement frameworks. Stakeholder management skills with effective communication and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.  You are willing to incidentally travel to our vessels when needed (worldwide).
