Maintenance Engineer

A respected leader in the seeds production industry is looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of production equipment and systems through effective maintenance strategies. Your expertise will support the continuous operation of facilities while adhering to safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of production machinery and equipment to minimize downtimeConduct inspections to identify wear and tear, and schedule repairs or replacements as necessaryDevelop and implement preventive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability and performanceMonitor equipment performance and analyze data to make recommendations for improvementsAssist in the installation of new machinery and equipment, including ensuring proper setup and training for operational staffCollaborate with production teams to optimize processes and ensure minimal disruption during maintenance activitiesMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventoryEnsure compliance with safety and environmental regulations and promote a culture of safety within the organizationAssist in developing maintenance budgets and manage expenditures accordinglyStay up to date with industry trends and advancements in technology related to maintenance and engineeringRequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering or a related fieldMinimum of 2-4 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in the food and beverage industry or seeds plantsStrong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems used in manufacturingProficiency with maintenance management software and toolsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detailStrong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyCommitted to safety and quality standardsBenefitsAttractive Package
