Tendering Civil Engineer-Networks

Job Responsibilities:Comply to the tendering policies & procedures Support in the pre-qualification bid stage in terms of quantifying cost factors, rates, materials and labor expensesEnsure product technical compliance with the client requirements’Study and evaluate received subcontractors’ offersEstimate the project's cost and pricing in terms of dry cost, labor cost…etc.Collect raw material prices by floating all the RFQs in the formal form to the suppliers in order to collect offersReview/assess technical specifications, BOQ, and drawings to determine suitable vendors and suppliers.Prepare proposals for technical and commercial offers.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.Minimum 5 Years of Experience working as Tendering Engineer in Communication Networks field.Excellent Knowledge of civil works and steel structures and all site servicesAnalytical & planning skills.Good user of AutoCAD.Very good command of English language.
