Manages internal teams and external providers, ensuring smooth operations through SAP and clear communication of procedures.You're a Great Fit If You:Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics engineering);Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance departments;Hands-on experience with plastic injection molding machines and their maintenance;Strong verbal and written communication skills;Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English;German language skills are a plus;Independent and well-organized individual.What You’ll Be Doing:Development of maintenance standards, procedures, and work instructions;Participation in the technical procurement of production systems and equipment, including plastic injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment;Involvement in pre-acceptance and acceptance procedures for injection machines and related equipment;Preparation of maintenance schedules aligned with the organization’s maintenance objectives and monitoring compliance with preventive maintenance plans;Design and coordination of maintenance processes (work order management, servicing, repairs);Creation of work orders, input of detailed job descriptions, and assignment of tasks to qualified team members;Coordination of internal and external service providers for production equipment maintenance;Preparation of technical specifications for complex maintenance areas;Management of the maintenance system in SAP;Communication of policies, procedures, and any updates to the maintenance staff.
