Job SummaryMaintain and continuously improve equipment and tools to ensure continuous and efficient operation, meeting production needs while controlling maintenance costsParticipate in the design review of new equipment/tools and establish equipment/tool listsPlan and organize employee schedules in collaboration with superiors, including breaks, absences, temporary workers, and overtimeSupervise workers in electro, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance of machines and equipmentPlan and implement job rotations as per maintenance sector needsMonitor key KPIs within the operational zoneCompile and update Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) procedures for equipmentTrain maintenance sector employees and other staffAddress equipment failure issues and summarize root causes, particularly downtime exceeding 15 minutesMonitor employee efficiency and organize training sessions to enhance skillsManage spare parts, formulate standards and purchasing plans, and maintain reasonable spare part inventoryStandardize maintenance files, records, statistics, analysis, and archive maintenance checklists, parameter control tables, etcImplement and continuously optimize preventive maintenance plans and improve equipment efficiencyOrganize maintenance staff and assign tasks as neededParticipate in training and assessing maintenance staff to improve efficiency levelsOrganize and participate in commissioning and inspection of facility and equipment installationsAssess safety and health risks related to production equipment and formulate appropriate management plansSupervise safety operations to ensure equipment is in working conditionEnsure compliance with internal quality system requirements and standards (IATF16949 / OHSAS18000 / ISO14000) by continuously improving relevant procedures and standards application within the departmentMaintain cleanliness and tidiness of the industrial siteEnsure facilities are in good, operational, and technically flawless conditionIndependently service, maintain, and repair the entire facility within and outside the factoryIdentify equipment damage and determine repair needsEvaluate repair costs and collect bidsCoordinate external services within the scope of responsibilityRequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical fieldMinimum 2 years of work experience in an industrial environmentConversational-level proficiency in EnglishProficiency in Electronic Data Processing (EDP) and a basic understanding of industrial laws
