Maintenance Foreman

Job Title: Foreman – Maintenance & Renovation WorksLocation: Dubai, UAECompany: Lilli Palmer Building Contracting & Maintenance LLCWe are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Foreman who can supervise day-to-day works, ensure quality, and handle quotations and billing for maintenance and renovation projects.(Applicants with an engineering background are also welcome; final position and package can be discussed based on experience.)Key Responsibilities: • Supervise daily maintenance and renovation works (AC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.) • Evaluate work quality and ensure proper completion on time • Prepare quotations and invoices (including materials and labor costs) • Identify when spare parts or materials need replacement and manage purchasing lists • Maintain site records and coordinate with management and clientsRequirements: • 3+ years of experience in UAE (maintenance / renovation / facility management) • Good knowledge of pricing, materials, and job estimation • Strong communication and site management skills • English required; Arabic is a plus • UAE driving license preferred • Engineering degree is an advantage (position and package open for discussion)Why Join Us: • Growing company with career development opportunities • Supportive, professional environment • Competitive salary + performance-based incentivesTo Apply:Send your CV to Ali_mayed@icloud.comWhatsApp +971505991999
