Maintenance Lead

About the RoleWe are seeking a Maintenance Lead to oversee, coordinate, and execute maintenance activities across our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations of equipment, systems, and utilities. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, and oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities.Supervise and guide maintenance technicians, providing technical support and training.Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.Develop and implement maintenance schedules, checklists, and work instructions.Coordinate with operations and engineering teams for maintenance shutdowns.Manage spare parts inventory and liaise with procurement.Ensure compliance with HSE standards, quality, and regulatory requirements.Maintain accurate documentation in CMMS/ERP systems.Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance reliability and reduce costs.Liaise with external vendors and contractors for specialized services.Qualifications & ExperienceDiploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or lead role.Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems, instrumentation, and utilities.Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies.Familiarity with HSE standards and regulatory compliance in the UAE.Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Work experience in managing office/residentials/retails are also welcomed to apply.
