Oy Linde Gas ABMaintenance ManagerTuusula, Finland (req25761)What You Will Enjoy DoingIn this role you will plan and manage tank and small installations, including Seccura installations and troubleshootingYou will supervise work assignments, provide feedback, and lead development discussions to support team growth and performanceYou will handle administrative tasks such as approving working hours, managing travel expense reports, processing SRM orders, reconciling invoices, and handling Lidap reportingOversee site operations, inspections, maintenance, and development projects at the Tuusula locationThe role also includes a certain amount of travelYou will conduct background research, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system-related problems in tools such as SAP and PrometheusFurthermore you will monitor operational expenses to ensure cost efficiency and effective resource useYou will collaborate with sales teams and external providers to coordinate installations and optimize inventory operationsAnd lastly you will collaborate with subcontractorsWhat Makes You GreatYou have prior experience in maintenance planning, project management, or similar roles that demonstrate your ability to manage operational tasks effectivelyYou should possess excellent organizational and leadership skills to competently oversee teams and workflowsFamiliarity with systems such as SAP, Prometheus, or other similar platforms will be considered a valuable advantageYou also have strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills to address challenges and facilitate collaboration within the teamAnd you must be fluent in Finnish and have strong written and verbal English language skillsWhy you will love working with usAt Linde you will be surrounded by knowledgeable people who love what they do.
