This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Maintenance Mechanic Benefits & CompensationCompetitive base salary based on experience.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.401(k) with company match and generous paid time off.Supportive culture with opportunities for professional growth.Maintenance Mechanic Requirements & QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in a relevant manufacturing maintenance position.High School or Trade School Diploma or equivalent.Certificate or license for trade activities such as HVAC, refrigeration, electric, or welding preferred.Strong mechanical aptitude with skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, and electrical maintenance.Able to work 3rd Shift 10pm-6am and 6 Day work weekMaintenance Mechanic Preferred Background & SkillsBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.Familiarity with PLC systems.Previous experience using maintenance management software.Fabrication experience is a must.Maintenance Mechanic Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair production, cooling, freezing, and packaging equipment, including mixers, conveyors, and metal detectors.Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment according to schedule.Conduct general maintenance duties related to plant equipment and building systems.Communicate effectively with team members and management to promote productivity and address issues.Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety policies and reporting unsafe conditions.Train other employees as needed and complete assigned housekeeping duties.This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform various physical tasks throughout the workday.
