Maintenance Team Lead for Pharma Manufacturing Operation This excellent manufacturing operation are looking for an experienced Maintenance Team Lead to take full ownership over and drive the maintenance function onsite.The Role:Coordinate and supervise the maintenance function, which includes hands on work and the coordination of a team of 3 Maintenance Techs.Ensure all the maintenance tasks are carried out as planned and cover any reactive maintenance that happens.Maintain the maintenance documentation systems as necessary.Drive all safety and compliance measures needed for the maintenance works to get completed.Train and develop the maintenance team so that they can grow and develop.Requirements:A trade qualification in Electrical or Mechanical is essential2 years’ experience in a Supervisory capacity is essential.Strong trouble shooting skills.Experience in a manufacturing site is essential.The package: Base salaryBonusPensionHealthcare coverLife insuranceIf you are interested in applying for this role, please send your details, ideally an updated CV with contact information.All applications are kept strictly confidential, and all information is managed in-line with European GDPR regulations.
