They are consumer-first with a sprinkle of corporate, and are building a leadership presence in KL to anchor current client demand and drive future growth across key categories, including lifestyle, entertainment/IP, wellness, luxury, and tech.What’s the roleThey’re looking for a senior leader (Director / Senior Director level) to build the Malaysia market, stabilising current client work, shaping the local capability, and scaling the business with the backing of the Singapore HQ. This is a role for someone entrepreneurial, strategic, and commercially wired, someone who genuinely wants to create, not just operate.You’ll have the autonomy to set the culture, shape the team structure, and identify where the biggest opportunities lie, all while being supported by a strong Singapore leadership bench.Who are you?Is already based in Malaysia (non-negotiable) and comes with strong senior client relationships/networks in-marketOperates at Director / Senior Director level and is ready for more ownershipKnows integrated comms inside-out.
