Manager, Investor Relations & Financial Communications

Main Purpose of Job To lead and execute the Company’s Investor Relations (IR) strategy by integrating finance, communications, and compliance to ensure effective two-way engagement between the Company, the investment community, and key stakeholders. The role is responsible for building investor confidence and enhancing corporate reputation through transparent communication of the Group’s financial performance, growth strategies, and market positioning. Principal Responsibilities & Duties Investor Relations Strategy & Events Lead and execute all IR events, including Analyst Briefings, Investor Day, and the Annual General Meeting (AGM). Manage end-to-end event logistics, including stakeholder coordination, content development, Q&A scripting, and presentation materials. Ensure consistent investor experience and alignment with corporate narrative across all IR engagements. Financial Communication & Disclosure Prepare and coordinate timely and accurate financial communication materials, including quarterly decks, factbooks, press releases, annual reports, and Bursa announcements. Develop, review, and maintain all investor-facing materials such as investor decks, FAQs, financial highlights, and briefing notes. Collaborate with Finance and the Corporate Communications team to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance in all public disclosures. Financial Public Relations & Media Engagement Manage PR related to financial performance and corporate results, including drafting MD/CFO/CCO etc quotes, press statements, and media responses. Liaise with journalists and analysts on financial stories to ensure accurate reporting and balanced coverage of the Company’s performance. Monitor and manage media sentiment relating to the Company’s financial results and market perception. Stakeholder Engagement & Market Intelligence Support the Management in handling inquiries from shareholders, analysts, and institutional investors. Maintain and update the investor database, analysts’ listing, and investor contact records. Monitor analyst reports, peer performance, and market trends to provide actionable insights to Management. Ensure timely updates of investor-related content on the corporate website, including disclosures, presentations, and announcements.
