Mall Manager- GMLocation : Mew Cairo Main Duties : General Administrative Duties Conduct periodic meetings with subordinate departments to ensure that priorities are clear and the workflowis running smoothly as per agreed plans at the beginning of each year. Prepare periodic reports regarding departments’ activities and achievements to be submitted to the CEO ona monthly basis or when required. Identify human resources requirements for departments according to human resources planning bestpractices and market norms. Recommend appropriate development and training plans for subordinates and evaluate their effectiveness bymonitoring the results delivered and the employees' performance. Carry out performance appraisals for subordinates according to the planned schedules and recommendnecessary actions as per the adopted procedures. Assign a coverage person to carry out the responsibilities of the position whenever the need arises, such astravel, out of office for personal or business needs. Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the CEO.Technical Duties Oversee all aspects of shopping mall operations, including property management, facilities and services,tenant relations, leasing support, marketing, and promotional activities. Overseeing the financial performance of the company, malls, and managed facilities, including preparingbudgets, monitoring expenses, and achieving targeted profits. Developing pricing and leasing strategies (mix strategies) that ensure an optimal mix of tenants to increasefootfall and profitability. Ensuring efficiency and professionalism in facilities management operations such as preventive and correctivemaintenance, security, cleaning, and energy management to reduce costs and increase the lifespan of theproperty. To serve as the company's face to government agencies, business partners, and the public, building a positivebrand image and enhancing growth opportunities. Ensure that all policies are strictly adhered to. Lead, direct, and evaluate the performance of staff and contracted personnel to ensure operational efficiencyand excellence. Manage the mall team to oversee daily operations, including maintenance, security, cleaning, administration,and customer service. Conduct routine inspections of facilities, grounds, and equipment to assess maintenance and repairrequirements. Ensure compliance with mall operating policies, procedures, and regulatory standards, including OccupationalHealth & Safety requirements, for tenants, service providers, and contractors. Develop and manage the annual operating budget, ensuring cost efficiency and revenue optimization inalignment with organizational goals. Liaise with insurance providers, law enforcement, and relevant agencies to maintain safety, security, andregulatory compliance. Plan and oversee capital expenditures in accordance with the approved budget. Drive profitability by identifying and leveraging revenue-generating opportunities while managing operationalcosts effectively. Conduct periodic rental reviews to align leasing rates with market trends. Perform regular audits, customer surveys, and trade area analyses to monitor shopping behaviors and adaptstrategies accordingly. Job SpecificationsMinimum required Education  B.sc in business or a related field.Language Proficiency Proficiency in the Arabic and English language. Minimum required Professional Experience A minimum of 10+ years of experience in a related field experience.
