This hybrid role combines leadership of the Accounts Payable (AP) function with management accounting responsibilities at a group level. The successful candidate will oversee and mentor the AP team to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing of payments, while also preparing management accounts, consolidations, and analysis to support strategic decision-making. This position requires strong accounting acumen, leadership skills, and experience in group reporting and consolidation within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Management Accounting & ReportingPrepare monthly management accounts, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statementsSupport group-level financial consolidation and reportingPerform variance analysis, highlighting key trends and business driversAssist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in coordination with FP&A and finance leadershipEnsure accurate and timely month-end closing across all entitiesReview accruals, provisions, prepayments, and intercompany entriesMaintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring compliance with IFRS and company accounting policiesPrepare management presentations and schedules for senior leadership reviewCollaborate with auditors (internal and external) and support audit deliverablesAccounts Payable LeadershipOversee day-to-day AP operations and supervise the AP teamEnsure timely processing and approval of invoices, employee reimbursements, and vendor paymentsReview supplier reconciliations and resolve discrepanciesManage vendor relationships and ensure adherence to agreed payment termsImplement and maintain effective internal controls and compliance within AP processesMonitor AP ageing reports and cash flow forecasts to support payment planningCollaborate with Treasury on payment runs and bank reconciliationsDrive process improvement initiatives and automation within AP for efficiency and accuracy, ensuring scalability and complianceGeneral & Cross-Functional ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor junior accountants and AP team, fostering a culture of accuracy and accountabilitySupport implementation and optimization of ERP systems and reporting toolsEnsure all accounting records are properly maintained and supported by documentationParticipate in finance transformation projects and process harmonization across entitiesProvide ad hoc financial analysis and project-based support as requiredRequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldProfessional qualification preferred (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent)Minimum 6 - 8 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management accounting roleProven experience in consolidation and group reportingStrong technical knowledge of accounting principles and IFRSAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., MS Dynamics, SAP, or similar)Demonstrated leadership and team management skillsExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindsetAbility to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExperience in a multinational or regional group setup is a plusBenefitsMonthly "Self Love Days" - at company discretionPremium Medical/Dental/Vision coverage for employee plus dependentsMonthly coaching sessions with our in-house Success CoachEmployee discounts on all Huda Beauty productsQuarterly product giftingHuda Beauty is committed to building diverse and inclusive teams and upholding an equal employment workplace that is free from discrimination.
