Manager - Business Strategy & Analytics

Role OverviewBukuWarung is building the digital and financial infrastructure for micro and small businesses in Southeast Asia. We empower millions of MSMEs through payments, credit access, and financial tools - helping them grow faster and more securely. We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-driven Manager to lead strategic business initiatives end-to-end from research, planning and analysis to implementation and tracking. The ideal candidate will thrive at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution independently managing cross-functional projects, leveraging data insights, and ensuring measurable business impact.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage strategic projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring milestones and KPIs are achieved.Develop and maintain analytics frameworks to support decision-making and measure business outcomes.Perform data-driven analysis using SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Mixpanel).Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify growth opportunities and shape go-to-market strategies.Design and implement pricing and commercial strategies aligned with company goals.Track and analyze financial performance across channels, ensuring cross-functional alignment.Drive improvements in data infrastructure and reporting through standardized dashboards and templates.Manage and align partner relationships, ensuring integration and execution across internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Data teams for seamless project execution.Establish project governance, documentation, and reporting for visibility and accountability.Required Skills & Experience 3-5 years of experience in business strategy, growth analytics, or business operations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience in: SQL, Google Sheets / Excel (advanced functions and modeling, Data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Mixpanel, or similar) Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver actionable insights.Strong strategic thinking combined with operational execution capability. Demonstrated success in cross-functional project management involving multiple business units.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
