You will lead the development of integrated, insight-led digital strategies that fuel meaningful campaigns and drive results for some of the region’s most exciting brands.⸻What You’ll Do🔹 Lead strategic planning across digital ecosystems (social, programmatic, content, influencer, search, e-commerce)🔹 Develop clear, compelling briefs that inspire both media and creative teams🔹 Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strategies translate into effective execution🔹 Present strategic recommendations and campaign results directly to clients🔹 Use platform data, consumer insights, and audience behavior to inform all planning decisions🔹 Stay ahead of digital trends, emerging platforms, and cultural shifts🔹 Mentor and guide junior strategists or planners on best practices and strategic thinking⸻What We’re Looking For✅ 5+ years in strategy, digital planning, or media in a creative or media agency✅ Proven experience developing digital strategies that span paid, owned, and earned media✅ Strong understanding of audience targeting, content planning, and media ecosystems✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills—you can sell an idea with clarity and confidence✅ Sharp with research tools (e.g. GWI, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Analytics) and translating insights into ideas✅ A passion for creativity, culture, and innovation
