Job DescriptionOrganization Unit Purpose Retail Banking Sales team has a pivotal role to source New to Bank [NTB] clients for Emirates NBD, in both individual and entity categories, and position Emirates NBD as main financial institution [MFI] for these customers across all segments like Personal Banking, Priority Banking, Private Banking and Business Banking.Keeping in view ENBD priorities around attract UNHW/HNW customers portfolio and RBWM strategy to focus on customer centric approach on segmentation based on their profiles, it has been decided to form an Acquisition Unit for Private Banking under Retail Banking Sales, generating NTB UHNW/HNW new to bank customers for bank. In line with the RBWM Strategy, focus on acquiring new to bank HNW customers into Private Banking segment from day one onwards. With our limited Private Banking footprint, a new dedicated channel of acquiring HNW customer is required. RBS team has been successful in both acquiring customers for assets, wealth, insurance & liability products for RBWM. The new PB acquisition team will be focusing on sourcing PB profile customers with min relationship balance of $ 3 Mn or more and customers above AED 20 Mn AUM including Mortgage. Target audience will be UHNW individuals & entities looking for a holistic wealth management experience alongside basic banking product.Job Purpose To develop the market share of all Private banking products and focus on HNW client for PB segments. Is to further build the PB customer base to support the growth opportunity emanating from new millionaires coming to the UAE. Penetrate UAE & GCC market to identify potential clients to meet PB thresh hold, with the objective to support growth of wealth revenues at UAE, KSA, London, and Singapore platforms (offshore accounts). Onboard clients directly to PB, complete the onboarding process smoothly, make sure initial funding, AUM transfer & relationship management up to 6 months to deepens and grow the relationships above PB threshold. Smooth handover of relationship to a PB RM and work closely with them as and when applicable. NTB customer acquisition by Retail Banking Sales for Private Banking segment Products - CASA, FD, Mortgage, Lombard Lending, Investment AUM with a relationship value of equal or more than USD 3 Million. Identifying the existing customer who meets the above thresh hold and up sell PB value proposition. New to bank clients for accounts, AUM & mortgage. Targeting existing PB profile client from competitions and transfer their securities, bonds (AUM) from other competing banks. Target GCC clients through frequent network building by traveling frequently in and out of KSA, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar & Oman. Existing client base identification & upgradations with customer consent by selling PB products and packages. Develop new markets and customers within the assigned territory to enhance sales volumes/ revenuesEmployee Development: Acquire Assessment/Certification Standards Improve Product Knowledge through Training ProgramCross selling: Cross sell non –assigned products & services to contribute the revenues and market presence.Customer Service: Provide quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retentionMarket Intelligence: Provide market intelligence to supervisors on a regular basis for use in formulating strategies and plansCompliances & Processes: staffs have to be Vigilant while sourcing any Fixed deposits, Accounts or any Cross Sell Product and putting bank benefits always ahead of anything and use utmost care and alertness all timeSpecifications & Qualification Education Graduate / Postgraduates MBA CISI/Wealth certifications Experiences + 4 years’ experience of Banking / Retail Sales International / GCC and UAE Selling & Marketing Skills Relationship Management skills Knowledge & Skills Basic Knowledge of operating systems Selling & Marketing Skills Having good inter / intrapersonal Skills Acceptable & Good Team Player Self-Motivated / Hardworking / Focused & Enthusiastic
