Job DescriptionThe Strategic Growth Manager will manage the joint-strategic growth planning process with CALA Sales Leadership to develop plans and targets comprised of key initiatives, market, and product opportunities. The manager will ensure profitable sales growth and monitor financial performance, leveraging industry knowledge and business acumen and course correct as required to realize financial targets. This is a pivotal role in driving our expansion strategy, optimizing sales operations, and ensuring execution excellence .Responsibilities Manage the joint-strategic growth planning process with Territory leaders and partner with the Sales organization on plans and targets. Establish and hold team accountable for annual goals and priorities, with guidance from senior management. Develop the metrics for tracking initiative financial performance. Report initiative financial tracking with leaders and key stakeholders. Drive to understand the causes of performance (e.g., “why something is happening”). Track current performance against initiative and market assumptions. Hold regular, scheduled account reviews, identifying and resolving problems. Drive business expansion initiatives across vendors, partners, and cross SBUs Analyze sales performance, identify trends, and recommend improvement strategies. Optimize sales pipeline management and enhance sales team effectiveness. Ensure execution of strategic growth plans in a timely and efficient manner. Improve operational efficiency in sales processes and cross-functional collaboration. Manage executive agenda, including key meetings, travel, and resource allocation. Prepare and coordinate strategic meetings with clients and brand partners. Monitor customer experience metrics and implement improvement initiatives. Oversee expense management and optimize executive decision-making processes. Support leadership in high-level strategy development and business planning. QualificationsBachelors Degree required– Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant fieldStrategic planning or business development/3 yearsProduct Roadmap planning /3 - 5 yearsLarge program management/3 yearsPeople management/3 yearsPrivate Label operational experience/3 - 5 yearsBusiness and management principles in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, production methods and management of people and resourcesAbility to maintain and develop key relationshipsStrong verbal, written, analytical, persuasion and interpersonal skills.Familiar with Proforma models and ROI calculationsDemonstrated leadership, teamwork, and flexibilityProficiency with Microsoft OfficeAbility to travel 0-25% of the timeAbout The TeamAt Wesco, we build, connect, power and protect the world.
