This role is for one of the Weekday's clientsMin Experience: 5 yearsLocation: GurgaonJobType: full-timeThe Manager - Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience will lead end-to-end recruitment while also owning initiatives that elevate engagement, development, and retention. The role requires a balanced blend of operational execution and strategic thinking, ensuring that the organization attracts top talent and provides a compelling, consistent employee journey. You will collaborate closely with leadership, hiring managers, and HR partners to implement recruitment best practices, build strong employer brand visibility, and nurture a positive and inclusive workplace culture.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition Lead the full recruitment lifecycle — from workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluation to offer negotiation and onboarding. Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using job portals, professional networks, social platforms, internal referrals, and talent communities. Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, refine job descriptions, and create targeted hiring approaches. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring and niche roles. Track recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness) and drive continuous improvements. Strengthen employer branding through recruitment marketing, career page enhancements, and campus/industry outreach. Manage recruitment systems (ATS) to ensure accurate data, seamless processes, and candidate experience excellence. Employee Experience Design and implement initiatives that improve employee engagement, belonging, and satisfaction across all levels. Own touchpoints across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance cycles, transitions, and exits. Partner with HRBPs and leaders to create policies, recognition programs, and development pathways that enhance employee morale and productivity. Drive culture-building activities such as surveys, engagement events, new hire assimilation programs, wellness initiatives, and internal communication campaigns. Gather employee feedback, analyze trends, and recommend interventions to address attrition, morale issues, or process gaps. Ensure a seamless onboarding experience that equips new hires with the right tools, knowledge, and relationships for success. Oversee exit management processes and leverage insights from exit interviews to improve retention and organizational effectiveness. Required Skills & Qualifications 5-7 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, or HR generalist roles with strong ownership of the employee lifecycle. Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies, sourcing channels, interview frameworks, assessment tools, and talent analytics. Demonstrated ability to build rapport with stakeholders, influence decision-making, and manage multiple hiring priorities. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving ability with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Ability to design employee engagement initiatives, drive culture programs, and manage end-to-end HR processes. Experience working with HR systems (ATS, HRMS) and comfort with reporting dashboards. A proactive, empathetic, and collaborative mindset with a passion for elevating the employee experience.
