Manager - Tax & Compliance Reporting

Job Description:Calculate and fill HFM Tax Offline Template, Fiscal Depreciation in SUN GL, Gross Up Final Investment Tax, and investment income fiscal corrections, and provide calculations to accounting.Collect and prepare tax documentation for returns, including donations, promotions, entertainment lists, prepaid tax slips, and export trial balance and related data from SUN GL.Prepare, review, and submit annual corporate income tax returns, SSP, and other related data, ensuring accuracy and complianceEnsure that extension request letters, queries response letters, SPT copies, reconciliations, internal memos, and tax assessment payments are accurately prepared and reviewed by the teamEnsure that the queries raised by auditors are accurately reviewed and verified by the teamEngage in discussions with auditors to go over the final tax findings, providing necessary explanations and ensuring that the team is well-prepared for these discussionsAddress any remaining questions or concerns from the auditors, ensuring all issues are resolved satisfactorily and that the team is informed of any necessary follow-up actionslead meetings for initial data handover, review tax findings, and closing conferences. Ensure that data requests and tax assessment letters are reviewed and assessed by the team Job Specification:Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting, and now is at supervisor or Assistant Manager levelMinimum 5 years working experience in Big Accounting Firm, and /or Tax in Insurance ServicesHigh integrity and initiativeHolding minimal Tax Brevet B CertificationAdvance skill on Microsoft excel is a mustWorking experience in Life insurance and knowledge in Power BI reporting is added valueHaving knowledge in accounting, especially insurance industryAbility to write and speak in English as well as Bahasa IndonesiaCan join immediatelyOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
